Connect on demand when a practitioner is available during service hours, or pick a time in the calendar. The price is shown before you choose, and you are only charged once the document is witnessed.

You aren't charged until the document is witnessed. If it isn't witnessed, you pay nothing.
For businesses and enterprise
Businesses use the same service at the same price per document. If your organisation has regular volume – month-end claims, tender rounds, onboarding – make an enquiry and we'll talk about monthly invoicing.

Pricing questions
What counts as on demand?
Connecting to a practitioner during service hours without booking ahead, when one is available. The price is the same as a booked appointment.
Is there a charge per signature or per document?
Per document, per person. One person signing one document is one session. If two people need to sign the same document, that's two sessions, because each needs their own identity check and their own time on camera. Several documents means several sessions.
What if you can't witness my document?
You're not charged. Payment is taken after the witnessing is complete, so an excluded document type or a failed identity check simply ends the session at no cost.
Is it different for businesses?
No – it's $39 per document for everyone. If your organisation has regular volume, send an enterprise enquiry and we'll talk about monthly invoicing.
When can I actually book?
Appointments run weekdays 12:15pm – 1:30pm and 5:30pm – 9:00pm, Saturdays 9:00am – 6:30pm and Sundays 9:00am – 8:30pm, in Brisbane time. On-demand witnessing is available during those hours too. Outside them you can book ahead. Some slots are unavailable, so check the calendar.
Is there anything added at checkout?
No. The price you see is the price you pay, and a receipt is emailed with every completed session.
