Pricing questions
Why are some appointment times cheaper?
Because at some times the principal practitioner takes the session personally, and at others a second rostered practitioner has to cover it. The price follows the actual cost of providing the session rather than being averaged across everyone. The calendar shows the price against each slot.
What counts as on demand?
Anything where you want a practitioner immediately rather than booking a slot. On-demand sessions are the standard rate whatever the hour, because they interrupt whoever is rostered.
Is there a charge per signature or per document?
Per session. One deponent signing one document is one session. If two people need to swear the same document, that's two sessions, because each needs their own identity check and their own time on camera.
What if you can't witness my document?
You're not charged. Payment is taken after the witnessing is complete, so an excluded document type or a failed identity check simply ends the session at no cost.
Do business plans roll over?
Unused sessions don't carry into the next month. If you're consistently under your allowance, tell us and we'll move you down a plan.
When can I actually book?
Appointments run from 9:15am to 10:15pm, seven days a week, in Brisbane time. On-demand witnessing is available during those hours too. Outside them you can still book ahead for the next available slot.
Is there anything added at checkout?
No. The price you see is the price you pay, and a receipt is emailed with every completed session.
